Returns Policy

Little Soles Gallery hope that you have enjoyed your shopping experience. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchases, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at sales@littlesolesgallery.com.au or 0438 005777 to get return authority and instructions. We will happily exchange or offer a store credit for any unworn item in original packaging within this time frame. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Your refund will be made for cost of items only (less postal costs).  If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.

NOTE: Once a year SALE stock is sold as is and no refunds or exchanges apply.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

It is our priority to make delivery of your order as prompt as possible.  All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment unless over weekends. Time taken due to bank transfers may vary. Remember if you are paying via direct deposit or Paypal cheque it can take up to a week for funds to clear (due to banks security measures). It can take some time to appear in our account even though it leaves your account immediately. Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout phase of the ordering process and added into the total cost prior to completing the checkout prodedure. We are currently charging a flat fee of $6.50 (but please note that this does not include insurance or is registered therfore we take no responsibility for the loss of the parcel once it has been posted) or you can choose express post which is slightly higher at $12.50 (but gives you the comfort to know you can track it down if it doesn't turn up as it will be fully covered).

For regular post within Australia please allow up to a week for delivery once parcel is sent (we are located in Victoria so it may be sooner depending on where you are located). 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Australia and Internationally. Method of shipping within Australia and internationally is by Australia Post unless otherwise requested.  Insurance is optional and by request of the buyer. (Please note that should you not choose the insurance/registered post option we do not take liability for the loss of the parcel once it has been posted).

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders will be quoted exact postage plus a small packaging and handling fee. If you would like to place an order outside of Australia please select 'DIRECT DEPOSIT' as your payment method, we will then advise you via email of the totals including postage and forward a Paypal Request for payment. We are not able to ascertain if you will or will not incur customs or import duties on your purchase. Please make these enquiries with your local authority independently.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order internationally, although we cannot take responsibility for postage hold-ups either nationally or internationally that are not within our control. We will send a confirmation when your item is sent, and if appropriate include the tracking or insurance number.

Please Note:

We generally do not send Shoe Boxes with the Footwear purchases we try to be as environmentally friendly, as we can be. If you require the box, an additional post fee may apply, please enquire as some of our suppliers are the same and do not provide us with boxes.

Payments and Pricing

Little Soles Gallery accept Paypal and Direct bank deposit as methods of payment. (Locals may pay cash). Paypal simply requires an initial registration and you can continue to use this form of payment for many online outlets including Ebay (extremely easy to use) and a safe and secure way of paying online. Our payment system is the secure and recommended way to make payments. All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian dollars). All prices are displayed inclusive of GST. Any taxes, tariffs or charges on goods by authorities at delivery outside of Australia are the sole responsibility of the customer.
