These leg or arm warmers are fantastic for the winter months.  Layer them like you do with other items of clothing.  My daughter has a couple of pairs of these and if its really cold I put them over the top of a plain pair of tights for added warmth when she is wearing a skirt. Alternatively if its not that cold put them on their own....  They are a cheap way to dress up any outfit and a fabulous addition to any little girls... or boys wardrobe.  I currently only have a few of these left. Black and white strip and a two tone patterned pink pair.  Size to fit babies and kids.  My daughter is two and a half and they fit her no problem.  They measure 37cm in length and 9cm in width approx. and are very stretchy. They can be worn from ankle to above the knee or from ankle to below the knee so really they will fit probably up to 4 yrs.  The company says up to 0-6yrs.
