URS are a  look forward high fashion products and unique designs that are sensually provocative without compromising quality and comfort. U.R.S & inc was known for its Japanese-inspired designs for ladies' shoes ranging from slip-ons to 'everyday wear' to formal wear. In the last 15 years, it has established a reputation for reasonably priced, comfortable and traditional-style shoes. This little black ballet flat features a bow at the front which has random scatterings of black and crystal jewels and a material insert at the heel and toe of the shoe as an added feature.  This shoe is made from synthetic leather which is simply so soft and smooth you don't even know you have them on and has a small heel of approx 1.5cm.  A really beautiful shoe for the older child or for you mums out there - it will simply go with everything and is a shoe which you will literally wear to death! I only have two sizes available a Euro 38 which measures approx. just over 23cm inside shoe measurement and a Euro 39.
